RZPD's clone collection serves as a basis for a diverse range of products for genomic research. RZPD's comprehensive clone collection provides appropriate validated clone material for most experimental set-ups, including full ORF clones, full-length clones, sequence-verified clones, genomic clones, and esiRNA resources. Clones
RZPD's maintains the most comprehensive publicly available clone collection world-wide, comprising of approximately 120 genomic and 1,000 cDNA libraries from more than 30 different organisms. Various search tools will help you to identify the appropriate material for your research.

Minimal Genomic Clone Set
The Minimal Genomic Clone Set consists of 25,130 clones that have been selected to cover the complete human genome sequence. Carrying inserts up to 300kb, these clones are a valuable resource for functional genomic analysis.

Protein Arrays
RZPD's Protein Arrays are state-of-the-art tools for high-throughput functional proteomic analysis, involving anything from target protein identification to functional assays (e.g. phosphorylation, ribosylation).

Clone Sets & Libraries
Benefit from the world’s largest collection of sequence-verified, non-redundant Clone Sets, referenced on the UniGene or ensEMBL database. Access full coding sequence cDNA, full length cDNA, and full ORF cDNA compilations.

Full ORF Clones
ORF clones are E.coli clones that contain the complete open reading frame of a single gene in a shuttle vector. All ORF clones are provided without any restrictions that arise from intellectual property rights.

esiRNA Resource
Obtain highly efficient and specific knockdown of your protein of interest with gene-specific siRNA pools generated by transcribing and digesting in vitro with the Dicer complex our gene-specific PCR-based esiRNA resources.

Tissue Microarrays
Ideal tools for high-throughput identification of specific antigens or pathogenetic genes. Choose a standard tissue microarray or have one customized to your needs from paraffin-embedded tissue blocks provided by RZPD or you.

Macroarrays
Colony and Protein Macroarrays are used for any type of qualitative hybridization screening experiments. High Density DNA Macroarrays provide the indispensable basis for Gene Expression Profiling using quantitative DNA or RNA hybridization.

DNA Pools
DNA Pools are an attractive alternative to Macroarrays. A simple but efficient pooling concept allows the screening of whole genomic and cDNA libraries via PCR in a convenient two step procedure using Primary and then Secondary Pools.
