Biotools Optimized Real Time PCR Kits
Biotools offers several optimized kits for detection and quantification microorganisms using Real-Time PCR. All of these kits utilize Biotools proprietary LionProbe™ technology and can be provided in a format that incorporates their unique Gelification process where the components are stabilized at room temperature.
Currently, Biotools offers the following Kits:
2X Real Time PCR Master Mixes
Convenient, effective, and quantitative amplification and detection of a variety of DNA targets such as genomic DNA, cDNA and plasmid DNA.
Available with four different MgCl2 concentrations.
Contain the Low ROX reference dye as a standard.
Include B-Bridge’s Hot Start DNA polymerase that decreases background from non-specific amplification.
Real Time Master Mix variations contain suitable concentrations of the SYBR Green intercalating dye.
Real Time Master Mix variations are available with dUTP substituted for dTTP and added uracil-N-glycosylase (UNG). |
