Well characterized mouse and rat primary undifferentiated cells offer the best approach to mimicking in vivo responses in vitro. Use of these primary cell systems is a requirement for accurate results in basic research, as well as, pharmaceutical and toxicology screening. Cell Garage has specifically developed proprietary isolation protocols to ensure efficient isolation of a high percentage of active and robust primary cells. The cells are provided as a complete kit that includes media and protocols to provide consistent and reliable responses—a critical requirement that is difficult to obtain with many available cells. Currently, primary rat preadipocyte and both murine and rattus osteoclast cultures are available.
