Hiro Masumoto CEO, President and Founder

Mr. Masumoto has been a business leader and entrepreneur for over 20 years in both the United States and Japan. In February 2000, Mr. Masumoto founded B-Bridge International. During his tenure as CEO for B-Bridge, Mr. Masumuto also co-founded the Avocel Corporation, an siRNA technology company acquired by Benitec in 2004, and co-founded Strex Inc., a company developing instruments to analyze mechanical forces on cells and tools to improve artificial reproductive technology.

Prior to founding B-Bridge, Mr. Masumoto was International Sales Director for Clontech Laboratories for 5 years. He successfully oversaw Clontech's network of international distributors and subsidiaries, and set up Clontech's Japanese subsidiary in Tokyo. For 9 years before joining Clontech, Mr. Masumoto held a number of international marketing and business development positions at Toyobo, Ltd., a major Japanese manufacturer.

Mr. Masumoto is a proud graduate of Doshisha University in Kyoto Japan with degrees in both accounting and economics. He remains an active contributor to his alma mater as adjunct faculty.

Naomi Siu, MS, MBA Director, Commercial Operations

Ms. Siu joined B-Bridge International in October 2004 and has focused on increasing B-Bridge's market share worldwide. She plays a key role in the expansion of the company's product offerings and catalyzing the expansion of the sales of its products into new market segments. Ms. Siu has 10 years of experience in marketing and sales of testing services, reagents, and instrumentation for life-science research, as well as 12 years of training and research in virology and molecular biology.

Ms. Siu also held product marketing and sales positions within B-Bridge. Her prior positions include product management, quality assurance manager, and laboratory manager at BioReliance Inc., a GLP/GMP CSO. Additional, Ms. Siu held several research positions most notably as a research scientist with the United States Navy where she published her work in malaria.

Ms. Siu received her MBA from the University of Maryland, MS in Virology from North Carolina State University, and BS in Genetics from the University of California at Berkeley.

Michael Lin Director of Finance

Mr. Lin joined B-Bridge International in 2007 with over 15 years experience in financial and operational management. Mr. Lin has initiated changes to improve efficiency and increase productivity to accommodate B-Bridge's expanding operations.

Prior to joining B-Bridge, Mr. Lin co-founded The Proficio Group, a management consulting firm focused on assisting technology companies enter the Asia market. Michael has held various senior positions at Imperito Networks, ArcSoft and Pai Accountancy. Mr. Lin was Director of Operations and Corporate Controller for Imperito Networks. Mr. Lin's responsibilities at Imperito reached far beyond the corporate finance and operations and included developing the Asia-Pacific market. Prior to joining Imperito, Mr. Lin was part of ArcSoft Inc, where he ran business operations and was responsible for execution of ArcSoft's OEM and channel strategy. While at Pai Accountancy, a public accounting firm, Mr. Lin was an audit and tax manager.

Mr. Lin has a BA in Psychology from Boston University.
